Meet Me on Planet 3 will work with you to provide high quality, rigorous and accessible science, climate & sustainability instruction for all of your students.
There are so many resources available, many free! This sounds great at first, but it can be extremely time consuming and overwhelming to search for, compile, and adapt what you find to suit your specific topic, age group, and student needs. Meet Me on Planet 3, and I'll do the work for you! See rates below. All project durations and final products to be defined prior to work beginning.

"Meet Me on Planet 3 created 2nd and 4th grade curricula to accompany our book The Energy Detectives, and I was incredibly impressed by their work. It is thorough, creative, academically rigorous, and beautiful, and it was completed on time. The team at MMOP3 far exceeded my expectations."
High School Principal
"Deanna has been a wonderful asset to our Science Department this year. She provided guidance around creating a Scope and Sequence for Conducting Labs and Lab Report writing. She helped our Biology teachers begin to prepare students to take the Biology MCAS [the Massachusetts state exam]. She has provided useful and thoughtful guidance to our Science team and we are better for it!"
Anonymous Educators
"I love this curriculum and the community feel of this workshop. Looking forward to more workshops like this one."
"Excellent workshop! Thank you!"
"Great PD. Thanks!"
"I can't wait to try the lessons out."
Middle School Science Teacher
"Deanna coached me on establishing classroom routines, working towards more equitable turn-and-talks, and including more higher-order thinking and hands-on labs in my lessons. My students progressively took on more responsibility in planning and carrying out inquiry-based labs and developed a stronger ability to scientifically argue and develop models. Deanna consistently checked in about the progress I made towards my teaching goals and provided me with actionable, useful feedback for the following days’ lessons. What’s more, Deanna made incredible asynchronous contributions to many of my student-facing materials that improved the clarity, grade-level appropriateness, and standards alignment."
Kindergarten Teacher
"Deanna put together fantastic resources for us on sustainability to open our ocean animal research unit. The videos and read alouds were great as well. She did a nice job of blending the big idea of conservation and connecting it to what we were already working with. We kicked it all off by going outside and cleaning the playground and front of our school. The kids absolutely loved it! They were very engaged in the idea of conservation, to the point where some kids would spend their entire recess time asking teachers for gloves and trash bags so they could go around and clean up our environment. It was pretty amazing to see our little ocean activists at work."
High School Science Teacher
"I benefited greatly from the game ideas for MCAS review and looking over the Biology Massachusetts Frameworks for lesson planning. Following our March workshop, I was able to commit to incorporating MCAS [the Massachusetts state exam] practice into daily lessons and working on CER writing more in class. When Deanna comes to work with us I feel more optimistic and prepared. Please come back often!!"
PreK-6 STEM Coordinator
"Deanna has been very supportive of both experienced and brand new science teachers. She has a ton of content knowledge and has really helped teachers and students engage in hands-on science activities. She is an advocate and an ally to teachers in the work but will also push them to learn and to grow."
High School Science Teacher
"I really appreciate the shared agenda and all of the resources, and I enjoyed having time to actually create assignments together. I definitely feel more equipped to help students build their writing stamina. Thank you for your support!"
Middle School Science Teacher
"Week after week, Deanna provided useful feedback on lesson plans and student work, which enriched both my relationships with the students and the students’ academic growth. She served as more than just my science coach in my first year of teaching; she also made sure to check in on my well-being and professional development outside of the classroom to ensure that by the end of the year, my growth as a teacher could be measured beyond the classroom."
Middle School Social Studies Teacher
"When I first began my teaching career, Deanna gave me the confidence that I could succeed in a challenging profession. Her feedback on my lesson plans and even cover letter, resume and interview skills were always delivered in a positive and meaningful way."
President of Green Newton
"Deanna is an outstanding leader of the Green Newton School Connections group that brings together students, families, educators and community members to build a just, healthy, sustainable and climate-resilient community. Under her adept guidance, this group is helping to enrich environmental science education and empower students to be climate leaders."
Middle School Science Teacher
"As a first year teacher, I started off extremely nervous: Is the lesson targeting the standard? How can I extend my students' thinking? Is this accessible for my English learners? Deanna worked on all of these questions with me. During each coaching cycle, she was in my classroom at least two times a week, actively providing targeted feedback. I learned how to organize student work and use that assessment data to provide differentiated instruction. I also learned to “level-up” my lessons in terms of engagement and rigor. She encouraged me to try movement based activities and add higher order thinking questions. I was able to notice significant improvement in student participation. She also supported me in developing a more positive growth mindset. I feel much more confident and prepared for the next school year."
Climate change is happening. Now. The effects of climate change can be seen around the globe.
Children can and should start learning about humankind's relationship with Earth and what they can do to take care of our planet at a very young age. By revisiting and building on green topics year after year, students will have a better grasp on the gravity of the situation and learn to think in a solutions-based manner about our environmental problems.
